1 Course content is developed by Dr Gore and team msf , is exclusive and is not covered anywhere else, even in medical colleges. 

2 Course is NOT for non-surgeons or anesthetists or pain management colleagues. This course does not cover UBE or PSLD or any other posterior midline open or endoscope assisted spine surgery. IT is about pure endoscopy, transforaminal.

3 Overseas delegates [non-Indian passport holders], will get hands on ONLY if they are registered under NMC. [help and guidance in registration possible. FEES for over seas delegates pl enquire, 3 months lead time needed for nmc clearance]. May be paid by paypal.

4 Workshop devoted to clinically supported and validated, tested philosophy of stitch less spine surgery under local anesthesia. Likely content opd sessions, talks on Pure endoscopy system philosophy, instruments, surgery steps and all that is relevant in clinical assessment, algorithms, image analysis. 

5 Course is residential and includes stay, IN TWIN SHARE AC/ Non AC ROOMS all meals, teaching, hands on training, reading material, books that form basic syllabus. 

6 Pick up drop from Chiplun TRAIN station covered. Travel from Mumbai to Chiplun on kokan railway [video below] by vista dome train highly recommended. It is one of the most picturesque journey.

7 Extended Advanced part [like December 2024] devoted to managing lumbar canal stenosis with new 3z3c philosophy. Very detailed anatomy and imaging of the lumbar canal in stenosis and use of smrutii system is covered. This is highly recommended for those who now want to gradute further to advanced endoscopy. It will also have sessions on transforaminal fusion concepts and ideas.

Dates 23-28 September and 13-22 December 2024. Arrive one day earlier.

Program is in depth teaching, training under team mission spine led by Dr Satishchandra Gore. Drs Onkar Sudame, Sunil Nadkarni, Netaji Patil, Prashant Moolya, and Gireesh Gupta, Ravindra K, Ankit Madharia, Janmejay Jamdar. Basic to advanced concepts in spine endoscopy discussed, drilled down. Beginners advised to attend mission disc program. Past delegates may opt for extended advanced part. Our program has  84% success in making a beginner pick up skills in this devoted program. Our past attendees have been able to deliver desired outcomes to majority of suffering patients of degenerative lumbar spine. This also includes non operative care and treating sciatica, back pain and claudication by stitch less surgery under local anesthesia in awake and aware patient. New smrutii system for stenosis, will be shown in action, where we can operate a co morbid patient under LA / GA  for symptomatic stenosis.
