SILVER JUBILEE YEAR 2024 meeting 2.  MAY 11 to 19.

FROM 11 may Saturday  to 19 may Sunday both days inclusive. You may join on 10th may Friday  by dinner time and leave anytime after 5 pm on 19 may Sunday to noon of 20th may. DO NOT LEAVE BEFORE 5 pm on 19 may. You may lose a significant learning part.

Likely program on 11,12 and 18,19 cadaver dissection and surgery. 11,12  basic needle techniques and  18,19 disc and stenosis surgery and examination. 

13 outing half day and more talks. 14,15,16,17 may 2024, live operative cases participation. Each fellow gets opportunity to scrub and participate.

1 Course content is exclusive and is not covered anywhere else, even in medical colleges. 

2 Course is NOT for non-surgeons or anesthetists or pain management colleagues. This course does not cover UBE or PSLD or any other posterior midline open or endoscope assisted spine surgery. 

3 Overseas delegates will get hands on ONLY if they are registered under NMC. [help and guidance in registration possible. FEES for over seas delegates pl enquire, 3 months lead time needed for nmc clearance]. 

4 Workshop devoted to clinically supported and validated, tested philosophy of stitch less spine surgery under local anesthesia by Gore system. Likely content opd sessions, talks on gore system philosophy, instruments, surgery steps and all that is relevant in clinical assessment, algorithms, image analysis. 

5 Course is residential and includes 9 night stay, IN TWIN SHARE AC ROOMS all meals, teaching, hands on training, reading material, books that form basics. 

6 Pick up drop from Chiplun TRAIN station covered. Travel from Mumbai to Chiplun on kokan railway [video below] by vista dome train highly recommended.

7 Advanced part devoted to managing lumbar canal stenosis with new 3z3c philosophy. Very detailed anatomy and imaging of the lumbar canal in stenosis.

Program is in depth teaching, training under team mission spine led by Dr Satishchandra Gore. Basic to advanced concepts in spine endoscopy discussed, drilled down. Beginners advised to attend full program. Past delegates may opt for later advanced part. Our program has  84% success in making a beginner pick up skills in this 10 days devoted program. Our past attendees have been able to deliver desired outcomes to majority of suffering patients of degenerative lumbar spine. This includes non operative care and treating sciatica, back pain and claudication by stitch less surgery under local anesthesia in awake and aware patient. New smrutii system for stenosis, will be shown in action, where we can operate a co morbid patient under LA / GA  for symptomatic stenosis.
